I seem to be the only male member of our extended family that has not sucumbed to the inticing wonders of baked, fermented, rotting grain-produce.

Preferably toasted.
With cheese and smoked ham.
Or just with butter and honey.
Who am I kidding.
The stuff rocks!
Seems like all of Sweden is in the grips of a sourdough revelation.
